This clip is part of a rehearsed three-actor dialogue scene in a mocap studio. He starts standing on a pedestal, elevated above the ground. His arms are crossed behind his lower back.

He holds a box between his hands and motions to the third person to approach him and put a hand into the box he is holding between his hands.

After a while, he lets go of the box, motions to the other person to approach, and then goes through a brief dialogue exchange.

After this, he steps down from the pedestal as if using stairs with three steps, then leaves the room by walking away. For the rest of the scene, he is just standing in an idle position until the scene is over.
