These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of Mocap ATLAS at mocapatlas.com. Mocap ATLAS is operated by Quantum Stage GmbH. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products

Mocap ATLAS sells digital motion capture, animation, reference, and related downloadable assets. Products may include raw mocap files, prepared animation files, retargeted files, game-ready clips, reference videos, or bundle ZIPs.

Product pages describe the available downloads, formats, rig options, license tiers, and relevant technical details. Please review the product description, preview video, available formats, and license tier before purchasing.

2. License

Purchasing a product gives you a license to use the purchased digital asset according to the applicable Mocap ATLAS license terms. Ownership of the original files, motion capture data, animations, previews, branding, and related intellectual property remains with Quantum Stage GmbH or its licensors.

The license tier selected at checkout, such as Indie License or Pro License, determines your eligibility and permitted use. The license tier does not transfer ownership of the asset.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or make the purchased files available as standalone assets, stock content, marketplace content, dataset material, or downloadable files for others.

Unless expressly allowed in writing, you may not use Mocap ATLAS assets for AI training, machine learning datasets, motion-generation models, or similar data-training purposes.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices, discounts, product availability, and license options may change at any time. The price shown at checkout applies to your order at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for selecting the correct product, format, rig option, and license tier before completing your purchase.

4. Download Access

After a successful purchase, download access is provided through the Mocap ATLAS download system, customer account area, or email link where available.

You are responsible for keeping your order information and account access secure. Download links may be limited, updated, replaced, or disabled if misuse, fraud, payment reversal, or unauthorized sharing is detected.

5. Returns and Refunds

Mocap ATLAS products are digital downloads. Sales are generally final once download access has been provided.

Refunds, replacement files, corrected download links, or store credit may be offered for duplicate purchases, broken delivery, corrupted files, wrong files, or clear product errors. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, download system, products, or services. This includes attempts to bypass access controls, share private download links, interfere with the store, copy protected content, or use the products in a way that violates the applicable license or law.

7. Product Accuracy

We aim to describe all products clearly and accurately. However, digital animation assets may vary by format, rig, software, and pipeline. Some raw mocap files may contain natural performance variation or minor mocap noise. Customers should review the preview video and product details before purchase.

8. Third-Party Software and Compatibility

Mocap ATLAS assets may be intended for use with third-party software, engines, rigs, or tools. We do not control third-party software and cannot guarantee compatibility with every custom pipeline, plug-in, importer, software version, or production setup.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mocap ATLAS and Quantum Stage GmbH are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or project-related damages, including loss of profits, production delays, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website or placing an order, you agree that necessary order, payment, delivery, and account information may be processed to complete the transaction and provide download access.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this website applies at the time of use or purchase, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
