Return and Refund Policy

Mocap ATLAS sells digital motion capture and animation assets. Because these products are delivered as downloadable files, all sales are generally final once download access has been provided.

Please review the product video, description, available formats, rig options, and license tier before purchasing.

Refunds

We may offer a refund, replacement file, corrected download link, or store credit if:

you bought the same product twice by mistake;
the wrong file was delivered;
a download link is broken or unavailable;
a file is corrupted or unusable;
the product is materially different from its description.

Refunds are not normally provided if:

you changed your mind;
you bought the wrong format, rig, or license tier;
the asset does not fit your custom pipeline;
you missed information shown on the product page;
you are unhappy with the motion after the file matched the preview and description.

License Tier Corrections

If you purchased the wrong license tier, contact us. In many cases, the license can be adjusted by paying the difference rather than refunding the order.
