Run to crouched walk with 90 degree turn left to standing idle
The clip shows a female actor running forward. She comes to a stop, transitioning into a crouch position with a slight wobbly motion as she completes the stop. While still crouched, she turns 90 degrees to the left and begins to walk forward. After moving forward, she pauses and then slowly rises into a normal standing stance. After standing, she waits and looks around before concluding the movement.
